Operating Process of a Vacuum Packaging Machine
Vacuum
The vacuum chamber closes, the vacuum pump starts running, the vacuum chamber begins to evacuate, the packaging bag is simultaneously evacuated, the vacuum gauge rises, and the desired vacuum level is reached (controlled by the ISJ time relay). The vacuum pump stops running and the vacuum is released. While the vacuum is active, the IDT two-position, three-way solenoid valve operates, the air chamber for hot sealing is evacuated, and the clamping frame remains in place.
Heat Seal
The IDT is disconnected, and outside air enters the heat-insulated air chamber through the upper air inlet.
Due to the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat-sealing air chamber, the heat-sealing air chamber is inflated, causing the upper heat-sealing frame to move downward and press against the opening of the bag. At the same time, the heat-sealing transformer activates and begins the sealing process.
At the same time, the 2SJ time relay activates; it trips after a few seconds, stopping the welding process.
Return flight
The 2DT two-way, two-position solenoid valve is open; atmospheric air flows into the vacuum chamber; the vacuum gauge needle returns to zero; the heat press frame is reset by the return spring; and the vacuum chamber opens.
Cycle
Move the vacuum chamber shown above to another vacuum chamber, and then proceed to the next step in the process. The left and right chambers operate alternately and cyclically.

How to Improve Your Packaging
Install the machinee: First, install the machine and the packaging film; then, install the packaging paper on the bracket and try to align the edge of the packaging paper vertically and parallel to the central opening of the support frame.
